Distance Learning

University of Honolulu offers most of its degree programs through Distance Learning in keeping with its mission of providing convenient, accessible education.
The Distance Learning option allows students to earn degrees and diplomas entirely by independent study.

Accreditation

We are proud of our status as an accredited university, as well as our leadership role in elevating the quality of online education nationwide. Your credits and degree from University of Honolulu are fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Higher Education (ACHE) approved by the Ministry of Education of Kingdom of Wallis and Fatuna Islands

Faculty

The faculty at University of Honolulu comprises renowned educators and experts in their fields. Students

There are nearly 12,000 students currently enrolled at various Campuses of University of Honolulu, representing an amazingly diverse mix of ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds. Coming from all walks of life, our students' ages range from 17 to 75, with the average age of our entire student body at 27. One out of every five students represents an ethnic minority. But while their ages, countries of origin, backgrounds, and beliefs vary greatly, there is one common thread that connects all University of Honolulu students - the desire to succeed and broaden their appreciation of the world around them.
